When I started my  career mentoring program, I had no clue what the process could bring and Fernanda guided me in a very light and comfortable way. There were many incredible self-awarenes moments, experiences and activities that kept my mind working even after our sessions in a constant learning process. With our sessions, I built my career goals, defined clear objectives that guided me, I grew a lot and got to know myself much more.
